Experienced in ad-hoc and institutional arbitrations under the ICC, UNCITRAL, ICDR and CAM Santiago arbitration rules, governed by various substantive laws, and seated in diverse jurisdictions. Counsel in setting-aside proceedings, and enforcement matters under the New York Convention regime.
Experience as arbitrator in ICC Arbitration. Member of the CAM Santiago’s pool of arbitrators. Experience also as panelist of dispute boards.
